Customisable bunk staircase with custom-made cantilever

Custom-made movable ladder equipped with 60x70 cm platform, bodyguard and 1 meter high handrail.

Equipped with a custom-made EMBOSS and relative counterweights or, optionally, bracing on the ground that balances the overhang.

For professional use , it is made of welded ribbed extruded aluminum and is ideal for climbing over production lines, containers, obstacles.

The steps are welded to the posts to create an ultra-strong monolith.

The ladder can be equipped with a front or side landing with a gate to access vehicles or machinery.

The backrest is perpendicular to the ground so that the operator can approach the wall or machine head-on.

The wide and comfortable ramp is very inclined 55° for easier climbing, also guaranteed by the flat non-slip steps 10 or 20 cm deep and with a distance of only 23 cm from each other.

Svelt supplies this product with its own certificate of compliance with Italian regulations Legislative Decree 81/2008

The ladder is also tested in-house for the declared flow rate.

A rollover test is also carried out.

A documentation of the successful testing is stored in the SVELT database.

TESTING YES. PREV. (ON REQUEST)

In case you wish to test the staircase with an external engineering company (SI. PREV.), this must be immediately requested from SVELT who will send a quote.

In this case, it is necessary that the test request is made at the same time as that of the staircase.

In this case, the capacity of the ladder cannot exceed 100 kg, since the former ISPELS standard on which the testing is based, does not contemplate tests for higher capacities.
