Customisable bunk staircase
Fixed non-foldable ladder equipped with 60x70 cm platform, bodyguard and 1 meter high handrail.
For professional use it is made of welded ribbed extruded aluminum.
The steps are welded to the posts to create an ultra-strong monolith.
The ladder can be equipped with a front or side landing with a gate to access vehicles or machinery.
The backrest is perpendicular to the ground so that the operator can approach the wall or machine head-on.
The wide and comfortable ramp is very inclined 55° for easier climbing, also guaranteed by the flat non-slip steps 10 or 20 cm deep and with a distance of only 23 cm from each other.
The braking system
It is automatic and is active when the ladder is in place in the working position.
As soon as the ladder is lifted using the special handles for handling, the stop pads are lifted allowing the PVC wheels to slide on the ground.

TESTING YES. PREV. (ON REQUEST)
For this product Svelt provides its certificate of compliance with Italian regulations.
In case you wish to test the staircase with an external engineering company (SI. PREV.), this must be immediately requested from SVELT who will send a quote.
In this case, it is necessary that the test request is made at the same time as that of the staircase.
In this case, the capacity of the ladder cannot exceed 100 kg, since the former ISPELS standard on which the testing is based, does not contemplate tests for higher capacities.
EUROPEAN EN14122 STANDARDS (ON REQUEST)
It is possible to request the ladder with the certificate of compliance with the standard in question, as long as it is integrated into the overall design of a machine.
In this case, our designers will have to:
- Develop an ad hoc project
- Respect the risers and treads of the steps according to the inclination of the ramp (as required by the standard)
- Reinforce the parapets and handrails with specific profiles and centres for the thrust resistance imposed by EN14122
- Declare a capacity that cannot exceed 150kg
- Issue a certificate stating that the product complies with the EN14122 standard.
