Made of painted steel, it is equipped with a motor with control that allows electric opening and closing (220 V).

Built to standards and can be opened and closed with a simple movement thanks to the return springs.
They can be installed in 5 minutes. To assemble, simply insert the closed ladder into the hole and lock it at the top with 4 brackets and 4 screws (supplied) that hook the ladder to the slab.

They do not require any masonry work and the assembly can be done directly by the user (with detailed assembly instructions).
The capacity of all ladders is 150 kg.

Useful tips for choosing a staircase:

The hole in the ceiling must be the same measurements as the staircase
The height from floor to ceiling and the height of the floor must be measured
Concrete ceilings have no problems supporting stairs
For wooden ceilings, ask the builder for advice
Drywall structures to be avoided
The stairs do not require periodic maintenance and it is forbidden to lubricate them
It is possible to install the ladder after laying the floors
All stairs are covered by a legal warranty, by R.C.T. insurance and by static verification carried out by a specific technical office
The minimum extraction space to open the ladder is 170 cm (from the trapdoor attachment to the wall in front)

HARMONICA

Galvanized steel staircase with 11 steps that opens like an accordion.

The ladder is suitable from 2.80 m up to a maximum ceiling height of 3.00 m and for indoor use.

To adapt the ladder to lower heights, simply dismantle the excess steps. Closed staircase thickness 40 cm.
