Roller is an quick-opening aluminium scaffold, available in 2 models, stan¬dard and a special S with self-locking hooks certified with European stan¬dards UNIEN1004.
Rungs and guardrails have been reinforced.

It is composed by a base module measuring 1,96 m, an extension span measuring 1,50 m and intermediate extensions measuring 1,50 m ad 2,10 m to a total working height of 7,00 m.
It is suitable for maintenance and walls whitening works up to 8,00 m.
It is made of lightweight aluminium tubular alloy (Ø 42 mm) with non skid knurled rungs.

It is made of few and light components and can be opened very quickly.
It is also very easy to be transported and can be assembled in few minutes without using any tool.

Rust cannot corrode this material which is long lasting.

Packaging

Roller packaging has been designed to allow trade distributors easy and convenient storage.
Each module is separately packed as a single item, showing clearly the content and the detailed position of it in the overall tower system.
The distributor can immediately identify and deliver the module corresponding to the requested height without difficulty, allowing easy counting and checking of all required

components.

Roller 1,96 m (Module A):

with only 2 components (tower and working platform 28,0 kg) Roller base module can be opened in few minutes to a height of 1,96 m for indoor use

(it passes through standard doors 1,60 x ,80 m) with a working height of 3,00 m.

Roller 3,50 m (Module A+B):

adding the end module B (1,50 m) for a total of 9 components 40 kg each, Roller can be assembled to a height of 3,50 m with a working height of 4,50 m.

Roller 5,00 m (Module A+B+C):

the intermediate module C starting from 1,50 m, includes 1 toeboard set for the working platform and 4 stabilisers for a total of 23 components (67,0 kg).

The working height is 6,00 m.

Roller can be extended up to a maximum height of 7,10 m.

After module C it is possible to erect the module D from 2,10 m for a total height of 7,10 m (working height 8,10 m).

Frames with rung distance of 30 cm allow the safe passage of the user onto each working platform (conforming to European Standard UNIEN1004), without using any inner ladders.
