Tempo Tech scaffolding equipped with modular lifting system for photovoltaic panels
Tempo Shuttle is a TEMPOTECH L aluminium scaffolding measuring 1.35 m x 2.00/2.50 m or 3.00 m equipped with a lifting system for panels of all types (mainly structured for photovoltaic panels.
The sectional elevation column is made of reinforced extruded aluminium.
The column can also be assembled after that of the scaffolding by means of the adjustable clamps that fix it to the rungs of the scaffolding.
The elements of the column fit one on top of the other below with a CLICK using the pins (male/female) present on each section.
Assembly is quick and easy (1 person 10 minutes).
Once you get to the roof with the assembly, you proceed to install the lifting winch on top of the column which will be operated by a battery-powered drill (by the customer).

Main components:
- Track: Various sections to reach the desired height
- Winch: with lifting strap and carabiner. It is operated by a cordless drill
- Slide: can hold 2 photovoltaic panels. Equipped with gate and fastening strap
- Fixing clamps: connected to the rails allow them to be fixed to the rungs of the scaffolding
- Rubber side protection: avoids scratching the panels that are always resting on a soft and scratch-resistant surface
- Lower rubber supports: avoid scratching the edges of the panels which are always resting on a soft and scratch-resistant surface
- End section (shoulder) with space for convenient insertion of panels. The trolley rotates 90° to allow the panel to be inserted inside the scaffolding
- Elevation speed: 5 seconds per meter.
