Electrically insulated heavy-duty ladder designed for operators who work near cables, sockets or other sources of electricity (low voltage).

The fiberglass stiles offer electrical insulation and the non-slip knurled aluminum steps give the ladder lightness and maneuverability.
The painted handrails do not dirty the operator’s hands. They are supplied disassembled in the packaging.

Suitable for working on low voltage power lines.

EUROPEAN STANDARD EN 50528:2024

The MOBY FIBRA fiberglass ladder complies with the technical standard EN 50528:2024, which covers ladders used for work on low-voltage live parts, such as making connections, working on supports, and switching operations.

These ladders are also used for preliminary operations before live work, such as voltage testing, earthing, short-circuiting, etc.
The purpose of this standard is to provide ladders that have two primary functions: access to the parts of the system to be worked on, and protection of workers from electrical hazards by providing insulation and maintaining a safe distance between the operator and potentially live parts of the system.

It concerns insulating ladders for use on or near low-voltage systems.
This standard, which complies with EN 61477, must be used in accordance with Standards EN 50110-1 and EN 50110-2.
This standard is published in English only as it is specifically targeted at specialized sectors.

This standard remains applicable until April 29, 2027.

Tests are performed with an electrical charge of 36,000 volts for one minute.

This product has been tested according to European standards UNI EN 131.1.2 as a dual scale.

The product is permitted for use only near low-voltage electrical systems.
